The Challenge
Camper registration data was separate from other administrative needs, making it difficult and tedious to make the information available in processes like check-in forms.
The Solution
Registration forms were connected to an internal database tool. Information submitted by campers could be automatically populated on printable check-in forms – one for every camper. Additionally, campers could easily be grouped into their preferred activities without exceeding the maximum number of participants.
